You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are gray, you'll never know dear how much I love you, please don't take my sunshine away.
So let the sunshine in face it with a grin smilers never lose frowners never win so let the sunshine in face it with a grin open up your heart and let the sunshine in.
I think this was on a kids tape we had way back when my kids were tiny
Under a sky of azure Where balmy breezes blow Kissed by the golden sunshine Is Nuevo Mejico... O Fair New MEXico We love we love you so Our hearts with pride o'erflow No matter where we go O, Fair... New.... MEXico We love we love you so No finer state we know New Mexico!
The state song for a long time, but not anymore because it's nearly impossible to sing and is kinda goofy in full. When we used to hear that The Star Spangled Banner was difficult to sing, we used to kinda laugh, because we could sing "O Fair New Mexico," (SOME of us) and it made the other seem easy.

It is called Hello Sunshine and it says sunshine about every verse several times though...
So let the sunshine in
face it with a grin
smilers never lose
frowners never win

face it with a grin
open up your heart and let the
sunshine in.

I have confidence in rain

Softer than a sigh
