Put your arms around me, honey
Hold me tight
Cuddle up and cuddle up with
All your might

(Von Tilzer/McCree) (1910)

And he called his farm,
"Muscle in the Arm."

--This was a "schoolbus song," with a lot of verses that you added on--the sort of thing you would sing on the way to school or around a girl scout campfire. Each verse built on the next, like "The Twelve Days of Christmas." Other verses were about his wife named "that's all right," and his horse "dead of course," and other rhyming animals and crops and such.

Does anyone else remember this one?

The Lord above gave man an arm of iron
So he could do his job and never shirk
The Lord above gave man an arm of iron, but
With a little bit of luck
With a little bit of luck
Someone else'll do the blinkin' work

They went arming along the road
Like sister and brother

(sometimes people sing "they went arm in arm along the road," and I've heard both; "arming" is a dance term)

from a traditional ballad called "The Nightingale"

Many sons had father Abraham
And I am one of them, and so are you
So let's all praise the Lord. RIGHT ARM!

A children's church singing game, where you call out "right arm" or "left leg" or whatever after each verse, and start moving that part.

(those two deleted comments above were mine, btw... I posted lyrics someone had already posted, then posted an "oops" before I realized I could just delete. But I didn't know the "deleted" would show as a post! So... oops again.)

I got lost in his arms, and I had to stay.
It was dark in his arms, and I lost my way.
From the dark came a voice, and it seemed to say,
"There you go, there you go."

shaking in the fingers with a bottle in your palm and
the best is
no one knows who you are
just another girl
alone at the bar
