Inchworm, inchworm.
Measuring the marigolds.
Seems to me you'd stop and see how beautiful they are.

I know it from Sesame Street

I'm speaking of my sweetie pie,
Only sixty inches high,
Every inch is packed with dynamite!

Inch by inch, row by row
Gonna make this garden grow
All it takes is a rake and a hoe
And a piece of fertile ground
Inch by inch, row by row
Someone bless these seeds I sow
Someone warm them from below
'Til the rain comes tumbling down

(David Mallett, famously sung by John Denver)

Mimi:
He gave and inch and I gave a mile
Roger:
You gave a mile to who?

Rent, in a scene that has my favorite phrase from the whole musical: "you're with that Yuppie scum"

wow, this one is really hard. The only ones I can think of talk about height (e.g. six foot four) but don't explicitly use the word inch. The Monty Python song about some old english guy getting his head chopped of mentions inches, I think but I don't remember it well enough to play it (just looked it up - It's Oliver Cromwell)
